Weather Warfare

Weather Warfare has been used for decades, in wars and now against We the People of the United States and the World. This video is from North Carolina. Under that land is lithium. A land grab using weather to destroy homes by flooding.

Senator Edward Kennedy was instrumental in exposing a wide range of secret biological and chemical experiments conducted by the U.S. government on unsuspecting American citizens during the 1950s and 1960s. As chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research, Kennedy led hearings in 1977 that forced the military to admit to 239 open-air, secret, “vulnerability tests” involving bacteria, chemical agents, and radioactive material. 

Key Experiments Investigated

• Operation Sea Spray (1950): The U.S. Navy sprayed Serratia marcescens and Bacillus globigii bacteria over San Francisco, California, and surrounding areas to simulate a biological warfare attack. This exposed 800,000 residents, causing 11 hospitalizations and at least one death.
• Operation Large Area Coverage (LAC) (mid-1950s): Conducted in 1957, this operation used planes to disperse fluorescent particles of zinc cadmium sulfide over broad areas of the United States, including cities and military bases.
• Subway/Airport Tests: The Army released bacteria in the New York City subway system and at Washington National Airport. Business Insider +6

Cities Sprayed and Tested Without Knowledge

According to investigation reports, including testimonies during the 1977 hearings and subsequently released documents, the following cities and areas were targeted, tested, or sprayed in these secret studies: 

• San Francisco, California (Operation Sea Spray: Bacteria sprayed from ship, 1950)
• St. Louis, Missouri (Operation LAC: Zinc cadmium sulfide sprayed over densely populated areas from planes and trucks, 1950s)
• New York City, New York (Subway system testing)
• Washington D.C. (National Airport testing)
• Minneapolis, Minnesota
• Key West, Florida
• Panama City, Florida
• Norfolk, Virginia (Operation Sea Spray coastal testing)
• San Francisco Bay Area Communities: Including Albany, Berkeley, Daly City, Colma, Oakland, San Leandro, and Sausalito.
• Alaska (Release of nerve agents)
• Hawaii (Spraying of bacteria)
• Other Areas (Operation LAC): Particles were traced across vast stretches of the Midwest, South, and along the Atlantic coast, with reports indicating dispersion could be tracked up to 1,200 miles from the release point. PBS +6

The 1977 Senate hearings revealed that these tests were conducted without the knowledge or consent of the public.

The Nevins family sued the government for a death.  No one was held accountable.

There was no informed consent.   They had no idea they were breathing a cloud of bacteria deliberately designed to make people sick without their knowledge. This violates the Nuremberg Code.   A legal shield was instituted that stopped any justice for the victims.  This is what happens when the Governments overreach human rights.
